1) First and foremost, DIET: It is critically important to feed your cells what they need. Most of you do not. You stuff your body with chemicals, hormones, preservatives, fats, MSG, sweeteners, white flour, sugar, additives and dyes, which apparently causes your brain to malfunction, as you cannot possible fathom why your body has become wrinkled, obese, depressed, lethargic and broken!

Focus on natural foods and beverages filled with vitamins, minerals and enzymes - YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT - INSIDE AND OUT!

Listed below is everything your body needs to remain healthy, mentally and physically active, and look younger than you are - every item has been specifically chosen to cover any internal illness, emotional state, energy level and health challenge, as well as external beauty - eyesight, hair, nails and skin (including wrinkles, acne, texture and pallor) - regardless of age.

Cooked food destroys enzymes - we all lack Enzymes - aging is directly linked to enzyme depletion, they are required for every single chemical action that takes place in your body. All of your tissues, muscles, bones, organs, and cells are run by enzymes.

FAT BURNING FOODS:
Asparagus, beets, brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrots, celery, cucumber, garlic, horseradish, lettuce, onions, radishes, tomatoes, apple cider vinegar.


TIPS:
Juicing is fabulous at anytime as it gives the body fresh, living vitamins, minerals and enzymes.
Never mix carbs with protein.
Do not drink with meal other than water or red wine if you must have something to sip. Drinks should really be taken before or after a meal.
Eat fruit before a main meal or on its own, otherwise it will ferment and cause gas and bloating inside the body.
Do not eat cooked food late at night.

Eat as much fresh, raw fruit and veggies as possible - if you want to cook, than steam or bake in the oven.
Chew SLOWLY, taste and enjoy every mouthful - Sit down at a table to eat.

Notes:
1) Organic fruit and veggies are better, or buy at local farmers market, because otherwise you risk pesticides and chemical herbicides.

2) Throw away the microwave as it changes the molecular structure of the food/liquid as well as your cells and DNA .





2) Cosmetics - Skin
Do you ever read the ingredients of the cosmetics you put on your skin? Probably not. Begin today by eliminating all products that contain the following, which will damage, clog, poison and age your skin!:


parabens - disrupts hormones
mineral oil, paraffin, petrolatum - clogged pores, early aging
sodium laureth sulfate - beak down skin moisture barrier!
acrylamide - mammary tumors
propylene glycol - skin irritation, inhibits skin growth
phenolcarbolic acid - circulatory collapse
dioxane - nasal passages, cancer
tolene - anemia, lowered blood cell count....VERY poisonous

synthetic fragrance, colors and sunscreen - cancer

Always clean your face of makeup - never use soap.
Always use a moisturizer.
Best care for body skin is shea butter, cocoa butter, virgin coconut oil, jojoba oil, murumuru butter, palm oil, rice bran extract, aloe vera juice.
Have a facial/exfoliate your skin once a week.
Sit in a steam room often - Get a massage at least once a month.
Throw away any deodorant or shampoo containing aluminum, or toothpaste containing fluoride.

3) Hair
a) Hair is thin, grows slowly, or falling out? Try Viviscal - it works! Of course you probably need to change your diet as well.
b) Put a charcoal filter in your shower-head to remove chlorine.
c) Put and leave conditioner on your hair if you are planning a serious day in the sun.
d) Use an ionic hair dryer.

4) Oxygenation
Get your body moving every single day for oxygenation and detoxification of your cells. When cells lack oxygen, they become cancerous. Walk, swim, try tai chi, do yoga, bike, golf, play tennis, go bowling, go fishing, run, skip, fly a kite, trampoline, DANCE!

5) Sunshine - Far Infrared and Vitamin D

Get 15 to 20 mins of sunshine every day for cells, skin, circulation, mental state and eyesight.

6) Mental and Emotional State
Stress raises cortisol level = a fat tummy! Stress cause insomnia, lethargy, illness and facial wrinkles.

a) Sleep is critical - sleep rejuvenates, rests and heals the body and mind. Problem sleeping? Take looooong deeeeep breaths.
b) Mental/emotional issues? Beat up a cushion, keep a journal, write a letter but don't send it, have a conversation with the person you are upset with using a teddy bear as the person.
c) NEVER TAKE ACTION WHEN ANGRY. Calm down first, even sleep on it... then make a decision and take action.
d) NEVER BLAME OTHERS. Ask yourself HONESTLY what do you have to learn from the experience, and take responsibility for the event that you probably, somehow, created yourself!
e) Hold onto nothing and no-one. Live in the present moment, TODAY - tomorrow depends on today, and yesterday is GONE! Find forgiveness of self and then LET GO. Hold onto yesterday and you will never be happy.
f) Focus on what you want, NOT WHAT YOU DONT WANT!!!
g) Throw away everything that you don't need, don't use, dont like. Keep only what you use, what you really need, what has a special meaning. Then, try some Feng Shui.
h) Instead of gossiping, judging, criticizing, hating and complaining, start sayin thank you for everything you have and give compliments, love, hugs and thanks to those around you.
i) You CANNOT force another person to love you, and you CANNOT change another person until they want to change, but you CAN change YOU.

NOTE: Drugs and alcohol will NOT make the pain go away. Don't lie to yourself and hide your feelings/emotions - EXPRESS AND RELEASE THEM. No matter how long it takes, work thru the pain and release it using the techniques written above.

Frowning or being angry and upset or living daily in emotional pain and depression, causes wrinkles, stress, weight gain and ages you. So...
play uplifting music, dance, watch funny movies, take a long bath or shower, visit the ocean, have sex as often as possible, cry deeply or scream as loudly as you want to release any pain, and then... LAUGH! Afterall, its all just a game and beauty truly comes from within. Why not go thru the journey of life with health and beauty? Sickness, aging, anger, hatred and negativity is ugly, with no awards, recognition or love.

No-one decides what you put in your mouth - YOU DO.
No-one forces you to feel a specific emotion - YOU DECIDE.
Your health and happiness, your inner and outer beauty, is YOUR CHOICE.
