How to Stay Youthful.
Beauty, Diet and Anti-Aging.

The answer is NOT botox injections that make you look like a frozen chipmunk, liposuction (the fat returns), OR lying on the couch drinking alcohol or soda and eating pizza whilst playing video games, OR trying to fit into smaller jeans (fat rolls over waistband), wearing designer outfits, buying expensive cosmetics and cellulite creams (they don't work) ...

Youth is not about driving a sports car, dating younger lovers, or taking drugs. Being frequently pissed off, angry, upset, gossiping constantly, is ugly not beautiful.

sixties-

Change your Choices,
Change your Age.

Beauty and youth come from within. Attitude and confidence is everything, as is a smile, the light in your eyes, the way you walk and sit, the way you talk. Shiny hair, glowing skin and joyful energy. These are all the things that others notice and are attracted too. These are the things that are beautiful and youthful no matter what your age.

Aging Factors:

Aging is not the result of any one single factor, but is the cumulative result of a number of factors, including ...

- Excess sugar (sodas, Starbucks, alcohol, candy, bread, junk food, boxed food etc).

- Glycation (lots of cooked food, BBQ food, and sugar).

- Excessive body weight (acid diet and over-eating).

- Progressive dehydration - lack of water

- Protein degradation.
- Progressive systemic inflammation.

- Accumulated toxic build-up in organ tissue (including nicotine).

- Reduced circulation (reduced oxygenation - lack of physical activity).

- Impeded energy flow in the body (lack of movement).

- Reduced cellular energy production - ATP

- Changes in hormone levels and hormone balance (medications and aging)

- Cell senescence, or the aging of cells.
- Diminished telomerase activity.
- And, of course, good old wear and tear.

Bad choices:

Diet:
- Sugar, found in potatoes, rice, bread, pasta, cake, pastries - alcohol and soda.

- Cooked food, junk food, fast food, fried food, boxed food, canned food, BBQ.

- Excessive coffee. Cows milk.
- Excessive table salt can wreak havoc on the body.

- Excessive animal protein is linked to cancer - dairy protein is linked to both prostate and breast cancer.

FYI: Humans are the only primates that add salt to food, and the only animals that drink another animals milk.

Drugs:
- Cigarettes, vaping, cigars. Nicotine breaks down collagen which causes the skin to lose elasticity.

- Prescription drugs (synthetic, poisonous and toxic) - street drugs (cocaine, heroin).

The Body:
- Emotional stress, anger, depression, grief. Holding on to the past.

- Lack of sleep.
- Depleted oxygen levels due to lack of exercise.

- Over-exposure to the sun - sunscreen (toxic chemicals).

- Dehydration, lack of water. The body needs to stay around 75% water.

All of the above accelerate aging, promote disease and accelerate the end of youth and physical beauty. Right, now lets address the original question - how to stay youthful?

Lets get started ...

1) Anti-Aging Diet:

Mimi Kirk

Mimi Kirk, 80yrs old, 2019

  Raw Vegan -
No botox, no surgery.

It is critically important to feed your cells what they need. Most of you do not. Instead, you stuff your body with chemicals, pesticides, hormones, preservatives, fats, MSG, sweeteners, white flour, sugar, salt, cows milk, additives and dyes, which apparently causes your brain to malfunction, as you cannot possible fathom why your body has become wrinkled, obese, depressed, lethargic and broken.

Avoid Aging thru Glycation:

Sugar creates glycation.

Sugar ages the body, destroys youth, creates and feeds disease.
Glycation, also called the Maillard Reaction, occurs from eating sugar or highly refined carbs. Sugar attaches and binds to proteins in the blood and speeds the formation of advanced glycation end products, short for A.G.E's.

Cooked Food Creates Wrinkles:
Another reason why we age, is due to eating cooked food, which creates glycation. BBQ, grilled, smoked and roasted food are loaded with glycotoxins. If you want to slow aging and stay healthy - thus avoiding circulation, kidney and brain problems, cataract development, hardened arteries, joint stiffness, reduced muscle function, cardiovascular disease, strokes and Alzheimer's Disease - eat raw whole foods and choose poaching, steaming, boiled and baked instead.

The more living foods you eat, the more you can prevent A.G.E.s from creating new wrinkles in your skin:

1 Raw fruits & vegetables: negligible amounts of A.G.E.s
2 Steamed veggies: 10 to 100 A.G.E.s
3 Any food that comes in a box or package: 1000s of A.G.E.s
4 Dairy or meat: 10,000s of A.G.E.s
5 Traditional Thanksgiving dinner: 100,000s of A.G.E.s

The Journal of the American Diabetic Association actually advises that it’s better to eat things raw, steamed, boiled or lightly roasted – once it’s going past 100°F through broiling and frying, the A.G.Es quickly pile up.

- Complete article: houseofverona.com

TIP: Cooked food destroys enzymes - we all lack Enzymes - aging is directly linked to enzyme depletion. Enzymes are required for every single chemical action that takes place in your body. All of your tissues, muscles, bones, organs, and cells are run by enzymes.

SUGAR IS POISON.
SUGAR FEEDS CANCER.
SUGAR AGES THE BODY.
SUGAR CAUSES GLYCATION AND INFLAMMATION.

Sugar is poison to the skin, and to the body and mind. A.G.E.s stimulate enzymes in the skin that start munching up collagen and elastic tissue. The resulting breakdown of collagen and elastin contributes directly to wrinkles, sagging and uneven skin tone.

FYI: Salt is a learned taste, not a natural one. Adding salt to food is un-natural, humans are the only primates that eat salt. Consuming salt deteriorates and destroys cells. A 'healthy' salt for those who demand it, is pink Himalayan salt, but use sparingly.

Foods that Protect and Reduce Glycation:

- Lycopene-rich Tomato Paste - Spinach for Salicylic Acid - Broccoli.
- Green Tea - Blueberry Extract - Grape Seed Extract - Resveratrol in Red Wine - Berries, Pomegranate.
- Garlic - Ginger - Cinnamon - Curcumin - Almonds.
- Carnosine in Eggs and Beef - Carnitine in Beef - Liver, Heart and Kidneys.
- CoQ10 found primarily in fatty fish - Salmon, Tuna, Sardines.

Diet Guidance for Beauty,
Sexuality and Youth:

Sting

Sting, 67yrs old, 2019
Vegetarian.

1 Sulfur-residue foods contain enzymes that aid skin flexibility and collagen, rebuilding and protecting it from damage: Hot peppers, broccoli, garlic, horseradish, radish, kale, onions, pumpkin seeds, spirulina, watercress.

2 Silicon maintains the strength and elasticity of cell walls and connective tissue. It directly aids in the regeneration of tissues, and thus makes a direct impact on wrinkles: Radishes, romaine lettuce, cucumber skin, bell pepper skin, tomato skin, young leafy greens, spinach, bananas, apricots.

3 Zinc is essential for skin beauty, wrinkle prevention and a healthy sex life. It promotes cell repair and growth. Enzymes that rebuild new collagen do not function properly without zinc: Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, cashews, macadamia nuts, sesame seeds, young coconuts (not old and brown).

FYI: Maca root powder from Peru is great for the libido - use sparingly and buy only the best as some people have had negative physical reactions.

Top 10 Eating Tips:
1 Juicing is excellent at anytime as it gives the body fresh, living vitamins, minerals and enzymes.

2
Do not drink with meal other than sipping water or a glass of red wine. Drinks should really be taken directly before or after a meal.

3
Skip coffee after a meal as it acidifies the food.

4 Do not mix carbs with protein.

5
Eat fruit before a main meal or on its own, otherwise it will ferment and cause gas and bloating inside the body.

6
Eat as much fresh, raw fruit and veggies as possible. Organic fruit and veggies are better. Buy at local farmers market if possible, because otherwise you risk Monsanto pesticides and chemical herbicides.

7 If you need to cook, steam, or bake in the oven.

8
Chew SLOWLY, taste and enjoy every mouthful - Sit down at a table to eat.

9
Do not eat cooked food late at night. Avoid snacks late at night - if not possible, try nutritious snacks such as raw veggies or fruit which will fill you and curb your appetite.

10 Throw away your microwave as it changes the molecular structure of the food and liquid, as well as your cells and DNA.

Regarding Protein:
Our bodies break down protein into amino acids, and then re-assemble those amino acids into the proteins that our bodies need. It’s more energy efficient to consume the straight amino acids and have our body assemble them into the proteins we need.

Amino acids are highly abundant in plant proteins such as vegetables, greens, hemp hearts (best source in nature), seeds and raw fruits. Animal protein contains fear filled energy as well being saturated with antibiotics, hormones, radiation and other toxins. Only free range, grass fed beef, or bison if you must.

Anti-Aging Foods for the Skin and Body:
Royal Jelly contains collagen, a main protein in our connective tissues which keeps our skin youthful, smooth, and wrinkle-free. A Japanese team of scientists found in 2004 that it promotes the synthesis of new collagen in the body. It also contains 28 trace minerals, including Sulfur (S), Zinc (Zn), Manganese (Mn), and Iron (Fe), which are essential for skin beauty.

Cumin
: When ingested after sun exposure, cumin prevents photoaging. Photoaging is simply skin aging, which induces wrinkles, leathery skin, collagen damage, age spots, and cancer due to exposure to the sun.

Eyesight: Vit B12, Vit A, Vit C, Omega 3, Zinc, Lutein - dark green leafy veggies, papayas, carrots, oranges, marine phytoplankton.

Raw food is excellent for slowing the greying of hair, especially organic foods.

Slow hair aging: Red and orange fruits and green leafy veggies.

Iron (spinach) prevents brittle nails and thinning of hair.

Fewer wrinkles: Avocado, Olive Oil, Spinach, Flax Seeds, Sprouts, Onions, Red Peppers, Goji Berries.

Sagging skin: Grapes and Blueberries.

Lip wrinkles: Place slices of tomato for a minute or two.

Face: Apply avocado or honey as a facial mask, especially on dry areas.

Carrots, Cooked Tomatoes, and Cocoa (chocolate) protect against premature aging from sun damage.

Tired Eyes: Cut potato or cucumber are both soothing to the eyes, reduce wrinkles, and swelling after crying.

Collagen production: Beetroot.

Vital Ingredients for Youth and Beauty:

Your shopping list and emotions determine if you are acidic or alkaline. Acid bodies become sick and diseased bodies.

The pH balance of your body can have a major effect on your vitality, health and beauty. Ideally, the pH of your body tissue should average around 7.0 (ideal blood pH range is 7.3-7.4 - muscles are more acidic, around 6.8).

Worst Acidic foods: Red meat, fried and processed foods.

Best Alkaline foods: Green leafy veggies.

Vitamin A - Scientifically proven that eating vegetables rich in Vitamin A gives the skin a healthy tan like "glow". Essential for skin growth and repair - carrots, tomatoes, red peppers, leafy green veggies like kale.

Vitamin C
- Vital for production of collagen. Smoking destroys Vit C.

Vitamin D
- 15-30 mins of sunshine daily - if not possible, Cod Liver Oil. Vitamin D is critical to prevent cancer and many other diseases.

Vitamin E
slows tissue aging - Almonds, olive oil, barley, oats, rye, sunflower seeds. Coconut oil is excellent for daily/nightly skin care - do not use as a suntan oil as it will fry the skin!

Omega 3 for skin suppleness - Salmon, Sardines, Mackerel, Flaxseed, Chia Seeds, Walnuts, Hemp Seeds, Hemp Oil.

Zinc aids in collagen production (also great for sex, and prostate problems): Poppy seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds, Pine nuts, Cashews, Macadamia nuts, Sesame seeds, young Coconuts - Yogurt, Oysters.

Sulfur-residue supports skin flexibility and collagen strength: Bee Pollen, Cabbage, Hot Peppers, Broccoli, Garlic, Horseradish, Radish, Kale, Onions, Pumpkin seeds, Spirulina, Watercress, Eggs.

Hyaluronic Acid - deficiency can lead to premature wrinkles. Best source is beans.

Silicon maintains elasticity of cell walls: Radishes, Romaine lettuce, Burdock root tea, Cucumber skin, Bell pepper skin, Tomato skin, Young leafy greens, Spinach, Bananas, Apricots, Red lentils.

Lycopene - found in red fruits and veggies. This antioxidant neutralizes the harmful molecules produced in the skin due to its exposure to the ultra violet rays of the sun. It also reduces damage to mitochondrial DNA, which is linked to the aging of the skin. Cooked tomatoes are the best source.

Polyphenol - helps the body to get rid of active oxygen that promotes aging. Great sources are Blueberries and Cocoa (chocolate).

Lutein - vital for hydration of skin and elasticity. Best source is Spinach, and also Kale.

Antioxidants - eat plenty of vegetables and fruits - concentrate on all types of berries, plus broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, red grapes, and garlic which reverse damage caused by the sun and pollution, as well as protect against disease and aging.

Purple foods inparticular are also rich in anthocyanins which help improve circulation to the skin bringing the nutrients it needs to form new cells, collagen and elastin.

Hemp Seeds: Hemp is one of the purest, most complete plants on earth. It has the perfect balance of Omega 3 and 6 for sustainable human health. Raw hemp seeds are incredibly powerful against cancer. It's a high quality, complete raw food protein and has a massive trace mineral content.

Wheatgrass contains most of the vitamins and minerals needed for human health. A complete protein with about 30 enzymes, it also has up to 70% chlorophyll (which builds the blood).

An excellent source of calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc, wheatgrass cleanses the body (natural raw detoxer) and eliminates body and breath odors. Great for the skin.

Probiotics: Kefir, Greek Yogurt, Miso, Kimchi and Sauerkraut all provide good bacteria to the digestive tract. This combats stress and antibiotics which throw the natural flora out of whack causing digestive illness and skin problems such as acne, psoriasis, eczema, dull skin and wrinkles.

2) The Skin - Cosmetics:

Body
Beauty Tip: Eat more tomatoes.
Lycopene is a natural sunscreen.
Do you ever read the ingredients of the cosmetics you put on your skin? Probably not. Eliminate all products that contain the following, which will damage, clog, poison, age your skin and cause proven adverse health effects.
BAD
- Acrylamide - mammary tumors.
- Dioxane - nasal passages, cancer.
- Mineral Oil, Paraffin, Petrolatum - clogged pores, early aging.
- Padimate-O - Risk of skin cancer.
- Parabens - disrupts hormones.
- Phenol carbolic acid - circulatory collapse.
- Propylene glycol - skin irritation, inhibits skin growth.
- Sodium laureth sulfate - beak down skin moisture barrier.
- Synthetic fragrance, colors and sunscreen - cancer.
- Toluene - anemia, lowered blood cell count .... VERY poisonous.
- Triclosan - Breaks down resistance to antibiotics.

10 Dangerous ingredients in skincare products:
We recommend you AVOID products that contain ANY of these ingredients which are absorbed into the skin ...

1 Acrylamide: Found in many hand and face creams. Studies suggest it may cause breast tumors.

2 Alcohols: Ethanol, ethyl alcohol, methanol, benzyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol and SD alcohol - Very drying and irritating for the skin. Alcohols strip away the skin's natural acid mantle, making you more vulnerable to bacteria, molds and viruses. May promote brown spots and premature aging of skin.

Note: Stearyl and cetearyl alcohol are waxes and have nothing in common with the alcohols listed above.
3 Dioxane: (a synthetic derivative of coconut). Widely used in skincare products. Usually contains high concentrations of 1,4-dioxane, easily absorbed through the skin. 1,4-dioxane is considered a chemical "known to the State of California to cause cancer."

It is a by-product of the cancer-causing petrochemical ethylene oxide (used in covid nose swab tests), which is used as part of a process called ethoxylation, which makes harsh ingredients milder.

1,4-Dioxane is also suspected of being a kidney toxicant, neurotoxicant and respiratory toxicant, among others, according to the California EPA. It is also a leading groundwater contaminant.

4 Mineral oil: liquid paraffin, paraffin wax, petrolatum – a petroleum by-product that coats the skin to keep in moisture. It clogs the pores, interferes with skin's ability to eliminate toxins, encouraging acne and other disorders.
Can cause photo-sensitivity and strips the natural oils from the skin causing chapping and dryness, also premature aging. Any mineral oil derivative can be contaminated with cancer causing PAH's (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons). Skincare manufacturers use mineral oil because it’s cheap.

5 Padimate-O: (also known as octyl dimethyl) - found mostly in sunscreens. Like DEA, a nitrosamine-forming agent. There is concern that the energy absorbed by this sunscreen is then turned into free radicals, which may actually increase the risk of skin cancer.

6 Parabens: methyl, propyl, butyl, and ethyl paraben – Widely used as a preservative in skincare products (including moisturizers). Studies suggest they may cause cancer and interfere with the body’s endocrine system, as well as causing allergic reactions and skin rashes.

7 Phenol carbolic acid: Found in many lotions and skin creams. Can cause circulatory collapse, paralysis, convulsions, coma and even death from respiratory failure.
8 Rancid natural emollients: Natural oils used in skincare products should be cold pressed. When oils are refined, they are stripped of vital nutrients and also contain poisonous trans fatty acids. Natural oils can also go rancid if kept past their use-by date.

9 Toluene: Made from petroleum or coal tar, and found in most synthetic fragrances. Chronic exposure linked to anemia, lowered blood cell count, liver or kidney damage, and may affect a developing fetus. Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) contains toluene. Other names may include benzoic and benzyl.

10 Triclosan: An anti-bacterial agent, widely used in skincare products (also used in weed killers). There is evidence to suggest triclosan may contribute to creating strains of bacteria that are resistant to antibiotics, due to its wide use in skincare products.

- Thank you to Xtend-Life for the above info.

Keep Your Skin Beautiful,
Glowing and New:

1 Always clean your face of makeup before sleep - never use soap which strips the skin of natural oils.

2 Use a moisturizer everyday.

3 Best care for body skin is shea butter, cocoa butter, virgin coconut oil, jojoba oil, murumuru butter, palm oil, rice bran extract, aloe vera juice.

Exfoliation:
Brush in direction of arrows.

4 Exfoliate your skin every week. Your body carries 2 lbs of dead skin cells. Dry brush your skin, including your face, just before you take a shower or a bath (this also aids in cellulite reduction). Use natural bristle brushes - one with a long wooden handle for the body and one smaller for the face.

TIP: Bed Bath and Beyond have good body brushes.

5 Sit in a steam room or soak in a steam bath every week.

6 Get an Asian massage at least once a month - very inexpensive, relaxing and powerful for detoxification and relaxation.

7 Take a salt bath every few weeks to exfoliate and to clean your body of negative energy.

8 Throw away any deodorant containing aluminum, or toothpaste containing fluoride.

9 Some chemicals in sunscreen cause cancer. Many of these chemicals are hormone and estrogen disruptors, throwing off hormonal balance. Research online for natural, safe, home-made recipes.

Your body and eyes need 15-20 mins of daily sunshine for Vitamin D and Far Infrared with NO poison sunscreen blocking absorption.

HAIR:
a) Hair is thin, grows slowly, or falling out? Try Viviscal - it works! You may also need to change your diet, and to release stress.

b) Put a charcoal filter in your shower-head to remove chlorine.
c) Leave conditioner on your hair if you are planning a serious day in the sun.
d) Use an ionic hair dryer.
e) Throw away any shampoo containing aluminum.

OXYGENATION:
Get your body moving every single day for increased oxygen and elimination of waste and toxins. When cells lack oxygen, they become diseased. When the body is sedentary the Lymphatic System (our sewage system) slows down and the body stews in it's own toxins.

Walk, swim, try tai chi, do yoga, bike, golf, play tennis, go bowling, go fishing, run, skip, fly a kite, rebound, dance - JUST MOVE! - Exercise is a key to the foundation of health.

SUNSHINE: - Far Infrared and Vitamin D:
Get 15 to 20 mins of sunshine every day for cellular health, skin, circulation, mental state and eyesight - no toxic sunscreen, be as naked as possible. Vitamin D helps to prevent cancer (and protects from coronavirus) - If you can't get sunshine, try Blue Ice Fermented Cod Liver Oil.

1 Stress causes insomnia, lethargy, illness and facial wrinkles. Stress raises cortisol level equals stomach fat.

2 Sleep is critical - sleep rejuvenates, rests and heals the body and mind. Problem sleeping? Take long deep breaths to calm the mind and body.

3 Mental-emotional issues? Beat up a cushion, keep a journal, write a letter but don't send it, have a conversation with the person you are upset with using a teddy bear as the person.

4 NEVER TAKE ACTION WHEN ANGRY. Calm down first, even sleep on it ... then make a decision and take action.

5 TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Never blame others. Ask yourself HONESTLY what do you have to learn from the experience, and take responsibility for the event that you likely, somehow, created yourself.

6 LIVE WITH GRATITUDE. Instead of gossiping, judging, criticizing, hating and complaining, start saying thank you for everything you have and give compliments, love, hugs and thanks to those around you.

7 You CANNOT force another person to love you, and you CANNOT change another person until they want to change, but you CAN change YOU.

8 FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT, not on what you don't want. Release everything and everyone in your life that is not for your highest good.

9 Throw away everything that you don't need, don't use, don't like. Keep only what you use, what you really need, what has a special meaning. Then, try some Feng Shui. Your environment is a reflection of who you are within. WHO ARE YOU?

10 Hold onto nothing and no-one. Live in the present moment, TODAY - tomorrow depends on today, and yesterday is GONE. Find forgiveness of self and then LET GO. Hold onto yesterday and you will NEVER be happy.

Drugs and alcohol will not make pain go away, they only numb it - neither will hoarding, shopping, over-eating or plastic surgery. Lie to yourself, hide your feelings and emotions or be honest and real, EXPRESS AND RELEASE THEM.

No matter how long it takes, face the truth, work thru the pain and release it - there is no hurry, but the sooner you do it, the sooner you will stop aging, start living in the moment and find inner peace and happiness.

Addiction, anger, hatred and negativity, pushes away beauty, love and happiness.

So ... play uplifting music, dance, watch funny movies, take a long bath or shower, visit the ocean, spend time in nature, have sex as often as possible, cry deeply or scream as loudly as you want, anytime you need to, to release pain, and then ... LAUGH, humor is everything! After all, life is just a game, and beauty that lasts truly comes from within.
