How safe is your family and the
products you use every day? Do you have any family
members with Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease?
Did you know that Alzheimer's disease is now the
seventh leading cause of deaths in the USA. What
you read below may surprise and dismay you.
Many scientific
resources as well as a leading Indian scientific
authority warns that the use of aluminum
cookware may contribute significantly to the
development of Alzheimer's disease and other
nervous disorders. Toxic levels of aluminum have
also been associated with Parkinson's disease,
various dementia's and bone diseases.
Two
beloved icons, Mohammad Ali and Michael J Fox
both battle Parkinson's disease daily.
Sixty percent of
patients admitted to nursing homes have
Alzheimer's, and the number of Alzheimer's
victims is projected to increase as much as
eight-fold by the middle of the next century.

According to the American Journal of Clinical
Nutrition, October 1985, fresh carrot juice can pull heavy metals
from fatty tissue and discharge them
from the system. Heavy metals in the brain (60%
fat) cause Alzheimer's.

Remove these from your life!
Cookware:
Aluminum cookware is now
acknowledged as a very bad choice for cooking
food in. Throw out your aluminum cookware asap.
Anodized metal is also coated aluminum. Glass cookware is
best, but if you use metal cookware,
choose either stainless
steel or cast iron. Most teflon coated
pans are aluminum based but there are now
stainless steel pans with non-stick surfaces.
However, there are controversies about the
health affects of non-stick materials and so, to
be on the safe side, these should also be
avoided.
TIP:
When purchasing cookware,
take a magnet with you to the store to help
identify steel cookware.
Metal Cleaners
such as Ezy bright contain aluminum oxide 10-30%
Medications:
Aluminum is present in many
popular over the counter and prescription
medicines such as antacids, pain-killers and
anti-diarrhea medicines.
Antacids can contain
200 milligrams or more of elemental aluminum in
a single tablet - ten times more than the
allegedly acceptable 20 milligrams per day. A
very popular antacid, Amphojel, consists of
aluminum hydroxide.
Food:
Aluminum is added as an
emulsifying agent in many processed cheeses,
especially those which are single sliced. It is
found in cake mixes, self-rising flour, prepared
doughs, nondairy creamers, pickles and in some
brands of baking powder.
Additives:
The following additives contain aluminum
compounds - E173, E520, E521, E523 E541, E545,
E554, E555 E556, E559, bauxite (Aluminum
dioxide)
Baking powder: Some brands
contain aluminum.
Cake mixes can contain
various forms of aluminum.
Cheese: Especially single
sliced processed cheese which can contain
aluminum as an emulsifier.
Chocolate Mixes: Highly
absorbable aluminum maltol is used in instant
chocolate mixes.
Coffee Whiteners: Like
Coffee-mate - Sodium Aluminosilicate.
Doughs: Some ready made
doughs can contain it.
Flour: Self rising flour may
contain aluminum.
Pickles can contain
aluminum.

died of
Alzheimer's disease August 30th 2003.
Body Care Products:
Aluminum lauryl sulfate is a
common ingredient in many shampoos, while
several anti dandruff shampoos, including
Selsun-Blue, contain magnesium aluminum
silicate. Aluminum is an active ingredient in
most antiperspirants (aluminum
chlorhydrate).
Shampoos: Aluminum
lauryl sulfate.
Anti dandruff shampoos,
including Selsun-Blue, contain magnesium
aluminum silicate.
Toothpastes: Can contain
bauxite (Aluminum dioxide) or aluminum salts and
it may not be listed in the ingredients.
Tooth whitening products
also may contain aluminum.
Antiperspirants: can contain
aluminum chlorhydrate.
Colgate-Palmolive products
do contain aluminum zirconium.
Drinking Water:
Drinking water in many
countries contains high levels of aluminum. Fluoride
added to drinking water becomes a deadly
cocktail. Fluoride has been observed to have
synergistic effects on the toxicity of aluminum.
Fluoride appears to allow aluminum to penetrate
the blood-brain barrier.
Protection:
Aluminum is more likely to
accumulate in the brains of people who are
magnesium deficient. This includes a large
percentage of Americans. Aluminum inactivates an
enzyme that protects nerve cells. Malic acid can
pull aluminum away from this enzyme, making a
place for magnesium. Take Magnesium Malate or
Magnesium with Malic Acid found abundantly in
fruits such as apples. This may possibly create
protection against Alzheimer's Disease.
Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease are also
seriously linked to dry cleaning
(tetrachloroethlene), chemtrails,
vaccinations
and pesticides.
Dying for a diet coke?
FYI - Aspartame:
Anyone who consumes a litre or more of Diet
Coke or some other aspartame containing beverage
per day is probably already near the limit for
chronic methanol poisoning and will be suffering
muscle pain, headaches, migraines, sleep problems,
dizziness and/or seizures, amongst other health
problems. This is because aspartame breaks down
extremely rapidly in a liquid form. The well-known
Hollywood actor, Michael J. Fox, and several of
his fellow participants in the TV drama 'Spin
City', sponsored by Diet Pepsi, have all been
diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. All received
free supplies of the sponsoring diet product.
Parkinson's is a well known diagnosed outcome from
excess aspartame consumption, as is Alzheimer's.
Fox denies a connection to his Pepsi consumption,
but aspartame and Parkinson's and Pepsi sales -
flourish on such denials.

Parkinson's Disease Story:
I am a 92 year old female and have been married
to my ninety-four year old husband, George, for 64
years. For many years, i have suffered from a
nervous condition requiring visits to doctors and
having prescription drugs for treatment of the
condition. Finally in 1995, after years of
suffering, i made a trip to Mayo Clinic in
Rochester, Minnesota. After several tests, i was
diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, which is a
chronic progressive disease affecting equilibrium
among other things.
There is no known cure.
However, some drugs aid in dealing with this
affliction on a temporary basis. One of my main
complaints was the burning sensation in my feet
and legs which bothered me except when i was
asleep - on a scale of 1-10, most times it would
be about 12. Not only was the pain hard to deal
with, but it was depressing. Sometimes i felt like
giving up.
Finally, my daughter found a
doctor in Des Moines, Iowa that dealt with
patients suffering from Parkinson's Disease, so we
moved to Ankeny, Iowa to be near our daughter so
she could take me me to appointments. This doctor
said that i was on far too many drugs, took all of
them away and prescribed two new ones. I was taken
to the hospital in May 2001 and assigned a new
doctor. He arranged for hospice to come to our
home to aid in care. He also prescribed a gel made
up of 5 medications. My husband had to apply that
to my toes hourly. One day i discovered red
streaks going up my arm. After alerting the
doctor, he told me to discontinue the gel
immediately as my body had an intolerance to the
drugs it contained.
My daughter continued
researching to find something to help me. She
found Young Living Natural Oils. We chose a supply
of these products and applied them to my feet and
legs on an hourly basis. This did help me
temporarily but had no lasting effect. Then, my
daughter found the Chi Machine and the Far
Infrared Hothouse and i began using them. What a
change they have made in my life!
The pain from the burning
sensation now ranges from a two to four on a scale
of ten. It had helped tremendously with my
equilibrium and i can now walk unassisted and
maintain good balance. In fact i was able to carry

In closing, i just wanted to
