There is no-one involved in the maintenance of this website besides the owner, who is also the sole designer and author, and may be contacted at anytime. Your privacy is critically important, respected and valued.

Chi Machine International takes precautions to protect any information you submit. When you submit sensitive information via this website - orders, quote requests or emails - your information is protected both online and off.

Whenever personal information is submitted (such as credit card order data), that information is encrypted, and transmitted in a secure way. You may verify this by looking for a closed lock icon, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address on the order-form webpage.

The computer /servers that store personal information are kept in a secure environment that no-one but the owner of Chi Machine International has access to.

a) Order Transactions: 
Personal Information you provide when placing an order or requesting a quote, is only used to complete the order, or to determine the quote requested. This information is not shared with outside parties other than HTE head office in Los Angeles (established in 1993), to the extent necessary to complete the order or quote request. Credit card information submitted for an order, is immediately deleted after bank verification.

b) Email Inquiries:
Email addresses are only used to reply to any email received, or to send a copy of the invoice and tracking for any order transaction once completed. Email addresses are not used for any other purpose and are never shared with any outside parties.

The website may contain links and pointers to other websites and resources on the Internet that are controlled or operated by third parties.
