All machines are created in Japan (highest standard of health excellence) and then manufactured in Hefei, China (cheaper labor than Japan).

Company global head-office is located in Taiwan. All orders within UK and Europe are shipped from head office in Sydney, Australia or from HTE warehouse in Kamino, Germany.

Countries across Asia have their own individual head offices, as does Mexico and Canada.

All countries may order from this website except Asia as most countries there have their own head office. However, orders to Japan and Korea are accepted via the Sydney office and orders may be placed via this website

May 2008 - South Africa does NOT have a head office but a warehouse, under supervision of HTE Thailand. Orders may be placed via Australia or USA.

NOTE: Shipping is expensive to Eastern Europe, the Middle East, South Africa and South America, so we suggest customer use their own shipping company.

Fast UPS delivery time, 2 to 7 business days worldwide from all HTE offices.

*UK and European prices are shown below in Australian dollars, based on set price from Sydney, Australia.
European prices will vary slightly depending upon daily currency exchange rate.

UK orders are shipped from our head office Sydney, Australia, with a two year warranty and a wider footrest on the 220v Chi Machine.
European orders are shipped from our warehouse in Kamino, Germany.
Canada and the USA include the original footrest on the 110v Chi Machine model and a two year warranty.

Some products are only available from specific countries, due to individual country laws and regulations.

Machines are registered as medical device in Japan, Australia and Canada.
