Chi Machine International.

All machines are created in Japan and then manufactured in Hefei, China. Company global head-office is located in Taiwan. All orders within UK and Europe are shipped from head office in Sydney, Australia or from HTE wherehouse in Kamino, Germany. Countries across Asia have their own individual head offices, as does Mexico and Canada.

All countries may order from this website except Asia. However, orders to Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam are accepted via the Sydney or U.S. office and may be also be placed via this website. Thailand and Singapore have their own head office and Vietnam currently has a wherehouse.
NOTE: May 2008 - South Africa does NOT have a head office but a wherehouse, under supervision of HTE Thailand. Please contact Averil at the bottom of this page for guidance on sales and distributorship in South Africa, or this site if no reply.

UK orders are shipped from our head office Sydney, Australia, with a three year warranty and a wider footrest on the 220v Chi Machine. European orders are shipped from our wherehouse in Kamino, Germany.
Canada and the USA have the original footrest on the 110v Chi Machine model and a two year warranty.
Some products are only available from specific countries due to individual laws and regulations.

Machines are registered as medical device in Japan, Australia and Canada.
