All machines are created in Japan and then manufactured in Hefei, China. Company global head-office is located in Taiwan. All orders within UK and Europe are shipped from head office in Sydney, Australia. Countries across Asia have their own country head office, as does Mexico, Guatamala and Canada.

All countries may order from this website except Asia. However, orders to Thailand and Vietnam are accepted via the Sydney office.

NOTE: May 2008 - South Africa does NOT have a head office despite claims from SA distributors working via HTE Thailand head office. Please contact Averil at the bottom of this page for guidance on sales and distributorship in South Africa.

*UK and European prices are shown below in Australian dollars, based on set price from Sydney, Australia. European prices will vary slightly depending upon daily currency exchange rate. European orders are shipped from our head office Sydney, Australia, with a three year warranty and a wider footrest on the 220v Chi Machine. Canada and the USA have the original footrest on the 110v Chi Machine and a two year warranty.

Some products are only available from specific countries due to individual laws and regulations.
