Instructions for repair if ever needed:

1) Telephone the appropriate number below, and ask for an RP#.
2) You also need the original invoice number of your machine. If you no longer have the invoice number, telephone the head office you ordered it from and give them the approximate date you bought the Chi Machine and they will then find the invoice number for you.

3) Mail the Chi Machine to the address you choose for repair. You MUST write the RP# and the Invoice# on the outside of the box. If you do not, there will be delays and a possible return of the package.
