Warranty - SOQI Machines.
Automatic and Extended.

Automatic Warranty:

Chi Machine: 2yrs.
Far Infrared Dome: 1yr.
Electro Reflex Energizer (ERE): 1yr.
E-Power Machine: 1yr.
The SOQI Bed: 1yr.

Warranty begins on day of purchase.

1) Warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions.

Warranty will not be applied to cosmetic, incidental damages or damages caused by unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the product.

2) Customer incurs the costs of shipping to HTE for repair. Return shipping is paid for by HTE head office.

Extended Warranty:

Extended warranty must be purchased at same time as product purchase, on same day - labor and parts are included.

Note:
We do not personally recommend extended warranty because machines are very well made, created and designed by Japanese scientists, and so rarely break down.

However, it is customers prerogative to make this decision as sometimes things can of course breakdown or stop working for no good reason.

Lifespan:

- The Sun Ancon Chi Machine is built to last 15-25 yrs plus.  
- The FIR Dome can last 12 yrs or more.  
- The ERE and E-Power can last several years plus.

Within a business setting the machines may have a shorter life span as they are more heavily used than in a home.

Warranty on other SOQI products:

- E-Power Belt: 6 months.  

- FIR Back Support Belt: 6 months.   

- FIR Heating Pad: 6 months.  

- SOQI Bed - Control Panel: 1 year.
