About Me:
I was a successful teacher and head of a department in a large secondary school. Following a major burnout, which resulted in chronic fatigue symptoms, I started my own personal growth journey. After pursuing many healing treatments I found that a combination of life coaching, meditation, breathing, yoga and the Chi Machine were the keys to living a full and happy life.

However, there were still some dips. When I used the Gupta Programme, I was able to put the icing on the cake and deal very quickly with any dips. Although I only found the Gupta Programme in 2009 it embodies all that I have learned through my own research, reading and experiences. So I am delighted to see a total dvd programme that gives people the tools to recover. Another part of my journey included overcoming my lifetime struggle with food and dieting. I have given up restrictive dieting and healed my relationship with food and my body and maintained my natural body weight for years. I am now celebrating that through my own journey I am able to coach others back to health quickly and efficiently. I am a qualified Life Coach and yoga teacher.

One of my relapses back into Chronic Fatigue Symptoms happened in 2007. I had an excruciating hip pain that the medical profession was at a loss to heal and also different alternative therapists couldn’t relieve. The stress and pain around my hip triggered a relapse and I entered the foggy world of Chronic Fatigue symptoms again. I started using the Chi Machine and soon felt re-energised and relaxed especially in my pelvic area and the pain soon disappeared. I also realised the nagging neck pains that I experienced intermittently had disappeared.

As I got back to my yoga practice I was amazed to see how much my flexibility had increased even though I hadn’t been able to do any yoga for months. I also noticed that my recovery from CFS was accelerated because of the daily sessions on the Chi Machine. The health benefits that I received from adding in the Chi Machine have been life changing. There are so many symptoms that benefit from using the Chi Machine. Dr Shizou Inoue (the Japaneses inventor) has provided a quick, cost effective and efficient way to heal yourself.
